Yoga and wellbeing retreats  

Julie and Angela offer organised day and residential Yoga and wellbeing retreats throughout the year. Retreats typically include sunrise morning Yoga and a relaxing evening Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, beautiful countryside walks and journaling - everything is an invitation. Whichever you choose there will be the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, connect with the inner child and just be present in the moment. A space beyond the noisy and fast pace of life, to re-establish your sense of wholeness. All complemented with healthy nutritious food and a chance to meet and reconnect.

1-2-1 Yoga sessions

Julie is based in Leicestershire and Angela is based in the North West.

Both Julie and Angela offer 1-2-1 Yoga sessions in their local area and also further afield. For anyone new to their Yoga journey, building strength following injury, wishing to explore health and wellbeing or just less confident about joining a group session, 1-2-1 can be a great starting point.

Small group Yoga classes  

Julie is based in Leicestershire and Angela is based in the North West. 

Both Julie and Angela offer regular small group Yoga classes in their local area where the focus is very much group led. They also offer bespoke classes further afield.
